I was introduced to Adam via an automatic referral via a ‘contact an agent / schedule a walkthrough’ link on a real estate app. Turned out to be one of the best bits of luck I had in the process as he was all I could have asked for and more as a first time home buyer.
From our very first conversation and meeting he was super patient and informative as he explained the process and answered my questions as a prospective first time home buyer. He also listened to and took to heart feedback I had from prior dealings with other agents and how that process worked.
The patience continued as the house search drug on. Not due to Adam but due to my being picky and wanting to find that “right” fit. Adam was always available to see houses, answer questions via text or call, and be a reliable resource. He understood my goals and was respectful of my decisions when they didn’t work out. I never once in the process felt like he was acting in anything but my best interests.
The house search finally came to an end as I finally found that “right” fit for me and Adam was there to help me navigate through that process and put in a successful bid. I went into the process saying when it was meant to be it would happen. I feel that came true in terms of the house but also in hindsight I feel like I got lucky with that random referral putting me in touch with Adam because I don’t think this process would have been nearly as painless without him.
