A company anniversary isn’t really about the company.
It’s about the people.
Last Friday, we celebrated one year of The Exchange and recognized our 2025 award winners during an evening that perfectly captured who we are.
The red carpet. The laughter. The stories shared over dinner. The excitement of the awards. The photos. The cake. The friendly competition during Casino Royale.
It wasn’t just an event. It was a reflection of the culture we’re building.
A culture where people are celebrated. Where success is shared. Where relationships matter. Where excellence is recognized.
