Michael Shue brings a unique blend of experience, leadership, and passion to The Exchange Real Estate. A York native, Mike has built his career on a foundation of hard work, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

After earning his degree in Business Management with a minor in Communications from Lock Haven University, Mike’s journey took him from the professional basketball court to the automotive industry as a Fixed Operations Manager.  He found his true calling in real estate. Since 2007, he has been actively involved in real estate as both an investor and a licensed Realtor, developing a deep understanding of the market and the opportunities it offers.

As a Realtor, Mike takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the process,  in buying, selling, or investing. He combines his sharp business knowledge with hands-on experience in renovations and property management. This gives his clients a competitive edge in today’s fast-moving market. Known for his reliability and approachable style, Mike listens closely to his clients’ needs and works tirelessly to deliver results that align with their goals.

Outside of real estate, Mike is deeply committed to his faith, family, and community. He volunteers at his church, dedicates time to supporting those less fortunate, and enjoys staying active through golf, basketball, and running. Most of all, he treasures the time spent with his children.
